What is azmth CMS?
azmth CMS is a web-based call management platform for Indian businesses. It places outbound phone calls using AI voice agents, qualifies each lead against criteria you define, and writes the call outcome back to your CRM.
What does the AI voice agent actually do on a call?
The agent holds a real spoken conversation. It introduces your business, asks the qualification questions you wrote, handles interruptions, answers routine objections, and confirms an outcome such as a booked meeting or a follow-up.
Which languages can azmth CMS speak?
azmth CMS places calls in fourteen languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu, Assamese, and Nepali. The agent can start in one language and continue in another mid-call.
Does azmth CMS support Indian mobile numbers?
Yes. Outbound calling targets Indian mobile numbers, and inbound calls are routed to your agents through Twilio, Telnyx, or Plivo. You connect your own numbers and trunks from the dashboard rather than using a shared line.
Can I listen to the call recordings?
Yes. Every completed call stores a recording and a transcript against its call record. Open any call in the dashboard to play the audio, download it, or read the transcript to see exactly what was said.
What happens when a call does not connect?
Unanswered and failed calls are logged as failed rather than silently dropped. Analytics counts calls in queue, initiated, completed, and failed, so you can see where a campaign is leaking before you judge its results.
How do I see whether a campaign worked?
The analytics dashboard reports calls initiated, completed, and failed, plus an overall success rate for the run. Call records show the recording, transcript, and outcome for each individual call.
Can azmth CMS sync with my CRM?
Yes. azmth CMS writes high-intent records back to your CMS so your reps open their day with qualified meetings instead of a list of numbers to call. Call outcomes, recordings, and transcripts stay attached to the record.
How much does azmth CMS cost?
azmth CMS is priced per minute of calling, and rates are published on the pricing page. Rates are set below what Indian telecom carriers charge for outbound calling. Contact us for a quote against your expected call volume.
What do I need to set up before the first call?
An assistant with your qualification script, a phone number or trunk, and a list of leads to call. You configure the assistant, connect your number, and upload or push records from the dashboard.
Does azmth CMS handle inbound calls too?
Yes. Inbound calls are routed through Twilio, Telnyx, or Plivo and can hand off to a human or run an assistant against the caller. Inbound calls are stored alongside outbound ones in your call records.
Can I review what the agent says before it calls anyone?
Yes. Place a test call from the hero demo on this page before you connect a real list, so you hear the agent's voice and script with no customer affected.
Is azmth CMS only for sales calls?
No. Teams use it for EMI and collections reminders, appointment reminders, failed-delivery follow-up, student admissions enquiries, and applicant pre-screening. The qualification questions are yours to write for each case.
What should azmth CMS not be used for?
It is not a bulk cold-call blaster, a spam tool, or a replacement for emergency or clinical urgent care. It is designed for calls to people who have a reasonable expectation of hearing from your business.
